All sales are no count, unless you tell us otherwise!

No county inventory, is easier and faster for the volunteer! Why would anyone run a count sale? The main reason is they are selling other items such as crafts or school spirit and the money collection is challenging to keep separate. Still not sure what the difference is or why you would ask to run a count sale…listed below is more detailed information…the choice is yours!

Count Daily Sales

Using our closing sale worksheet (see below), enter the daily cash sales.

Automatic Invoicing

After entering the daily sales, our system will automatically calculate your invoice.

Most Popular – because it’s easy: Simply keep track of your daily cash sales! No need to count inventory when it arrives or is returned. Your group is responsible for keeping track of your daily cash sales. Example: If you start your sale with $100 for change and at the end the day you have $1100, your first day total sales are equal to $1000. We provide a closing sale worksheet to write down your daily sales (See below). The chairperson portal has an invoicing button to enter your total sales for each day (See below). Once you enter your daily cash sales, the system will automatically calculate your invoice, taking into account: your profit, all gift certificates and credit card sales – it’s that easy!

Automatic Invoicing

After entering the quantities, our  system will automatically calculate your invoice.

Your group is responsible for counting the inventory when it arrives and the remaining merchandise after your sale has ended. We provide a worksheet to note your return quantities (See below). The chairperson portal has an invoicing button to enter your returned quantities (See below). Once you enter your returns, the system will automatically calculate your invoice, taking into account: re-orders, your profit, gift certificates and credit card sales.

Gift Certificates and Credit Card Sales with Count and No Count Inventory

Lil' Shopper's Shoppe Gift Certificates

With both Inventory options, Gift Certificates and Credit Card sales automatically show on your invoice in the chairperson portal as a credit since we have already collected the money.  There is no extra bookkeeping required. You also do not need to return gift certificates after your sale.
